Certified master coach and strategic advisor with forty years’ experience, a proven track record and a desire to make a difference; I work with board directors and senior executives at some of the world’s largest companies and the owners of some of the smallest. 

With a focus on financial services technology, I provide board level advisory services to banks and building societies; I provide mentoring and leadership coaching for senior executives and teams; and I provide strategic advice and coaching to business owners. 

My absolute passion is helping people fulfil their vision and purpose in life and business. In my coaching practice, I work with my clients to ensure they have a clear vision; translate their vision into strategy and action; focus on the right things and get them done.

My background is in consulting, where my work covered development of business strategies, launch of new businesses and development of new products and services. I continue to pursue my interest in innovation through my work with Clustre – the solution brokers.

I'm a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and have a keen interest in all things motoring, especially F1 and classic cars. I am often to be found in an open-top car on the winding roads of the French Alps.
